just bought two JBL Charge 3's. Brought them home. Unboxed. Got JBL Connect app. Updated all software including phone software. When playing music, the sound will cut out from one speaker, then come back on. Both speakers are visible in my bluetooth page as being connected, and the speakers recognize the pairing. only happens while trying to play them both. singly, they sound solid.

Hi Francis.. what you are trying to achieve isn't something Bluetooth was really designed to do and I've often hard others experiencing similar issues when trying to stream to multiple devices. I don't think you will find that this is a particular issue with the JBL speakers, its likely going to happen with many speakers.
