As an ex-tech support person, I went through all the usual steps, restarting the phone and the speaker, making sure they both had enough battery, etc. But I'm just not knowledgable enough to figure this one out on my own.

What actually happens when you try to pair ? Can you detail what the status of the device on the phone is ?

The device doesn't show up. I've tried multiple times, and I'm starting to think that they aren't compatible, but that doesn't make sense to me, because the other polaroid Bluetooth stuff I have works fine.

What lights / signals is the speaker giving to confirm its condition when you are attempting to pair ?

The light flashes blue.

Were they paired to something else prior ? If so ensure that isnt turned on or near them and delete any reference to it in that devices bluetooth setup.
