During telephone conversations, noise in the BS19c earphones is higher than the voice of the correspondent.
Even with minimal volume the noise does not decrease.

Has the headset always done this ? And what about pairing to someone elses phone, does it do it on theirs as well ? Please let us know!

Since noise does not occur by listening to music, but only in phone conversations in the headset of those who do not have the BS19C connected to the smartphone, be it the caller or the called. The BS19C has been tested with a variety of phone providers (Wind, 3, Tim and Vodafone) and Zenphone 3, Huawei P7, P9, Iphon4). In all these conditions the noise was always present at the same level.

I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say by those who do not have the BS19C connected to the smartphone, be it the caller or the called ? Can you clarify ?

You have two smartphones connected between them via GSM or VOIP (whatsup), the phone with BS19C works well while the other has noise overwhelming the voice.
No matter who is calling or who is called and regardless of your phone provider or hardware brand.
Just unplug BS19C and the noise disappears from the connected smartphone.

Thanks for clarifying Sergio. This is a very unusual problem and it certainly seems that you've done all the obvious things to troubleshoot it. When you mentioned the various phones you have tested the device with, I assume you mean devices that the BS19c is connected to (not phones at the other end of the conversation)? If so that would seem to rule out any phone or operating specific possible issue and I can only conclude its a fault with the headset.

I've heard of something somewhat similar once occurring with bad/obstructed noise cancellation in a headset but to my knowledge these don't have that.

SOLVED !!!!!
The problem was due to the sensor of my neighbor's weather station that generated frequencies (wifi) interpreted by BS19c as noise.
It was enough to change the connection channel of the weather sensor and the incident magically disappeared.
Another problem I do not know how to fix is the low noise level in the BS19c earphones even when both the smartphone and the same BS19c have the maximum volume.
