There's is clearly no sound coming out of the left ear.

Sounds like a wiring issue... but to clarify, I assume it does this on ALL device you connect it do ? If not do let us know!

Every device, problem is the headset was working fine since I bought them but now it's not

Ok so this definitely sounds like a wiring issue internally within the device, I would talk to your retailer.
