Im getting a code 28 windows error trying to connect my headset to my PC..it needs a windows driver..it says the drivers are not installed for the headset..code 28 ..there is no driver selected for the device information set of element..it shows the icon headset in the printer devices folder with a yellow triangle through it

If you go to the Control Panel in windows does it list a Bluetooth adaptor and is that listed as working or with issues ? If it is present, what version of Bluetooth is it supporting ? You can clarify this by following these settings on our sister site: http://www.bluetoothandusb3.com/how-to-confirm-bluetooth-version-of-computer
