The volume is stock is really low on my right headset on my left one it's fine but on the right headset it's low

Has it always been like this? And its definitely not just specific tracks or a specific recording, its any sound from any app ?

Same problem here. Just got home one afternoon and noticed the volume really low (in my case it's the left earphone) as compared to how it was a few hours ago. Nothing was changed as far as app and phone volume settings are concern. Please help.

I have same problem, my left earpiece is very loud and my right earpiece is very muffed.. This applies to all sounds (music, notifications, earpiece voice prompts).. This only happens with these earpieces, other bluetooth earpieces work fine. If I swap them in my ears, I can definitely tell it`s the right one (now being in my left ear). I am an audiophile, my hearing is good otherwise I would retire.. Don`t know what to do, I thought that QCY Q29 are good quality....... Help?

same problem here, right channel is too low while left is good, Ill try to find a workaround, let me know if you find a fix, ty all

Same problem here, my left earbud's volume is very low, it happens in every app, other Bluetooth devices works just fine

same problem here, it was working perfectly but when the battery ran out, the right handset got too low

I have the same issue with my left earpiece. Is there a way to factory reset the Q29 as it was fine foe a year but all of a sudden it started doing this.

Erik, can you confirm if it is the same on multiple devices? Can you pair to something else to check ?

Ok guys, great news, I managed to fix this issue! I had only tested them with smartphones and the issue renained, but when I cleaned them and paired them to a PC, they worked again like magic!
I dont know if it was fixed by the pressure I applied while cleaning them or by just pair to Win10. But they are good again now!

I trid it with my phone and on my laptop it is still the same. The volue on my left device is much lower. You can hear it already when you turn the earphone on and hear the welcome notification

Yes!!!! After the tip pf Andrey I tried to connect to a Windows computer. Still the same issue. But then I took the flashlight of my phone and shined inside the earbuts. In the left one I saw something sitting there which I was able to remove with a needle. Now everything i balanced again.

ok, so if it wasnt win10 that fixed my right earbud, maybe it was fixed by the pressure I applied while cleaning it, thats pretty odd because it was bad for months, I was ready to throw them outta my window, but its good now. Try pairing them with other devices, try windows, macs, android, iphones, and mess with it like I did when I wa cleaning, something has to work, good luck, Ill let u know if I have this problem again

Go to bluetooth settings on your device. Forget the Q29, both left and right. Reinstall the the headset as described in the manual. This worked for me, grtz, hans.

the problem persists even when playing different tracks (lol, they sound ok on other earphones) and even after connecting to different devices....

I pried open the faulty earpiece (just using my fingernail and pressure) and I didn`t noticed anything strange.. however, after I put everything back the earpiece volume was fine. lol... some chinese quality...

I had the same problem with my brand new pair of QCY QS1 T1C. I tried removing the grill on my right earbud. After I removed it, I cleaned the glue residue. And the volume was perfectly fine after that. It solved the problem!

I glued the grill back to the earbud with a little amount of B-7000 glue. Right now it works fine, hope it stays that way.

Cara, eu usei um palito de dente, e fui mexendo, nao sei dizer direito o que fiz, mas foi literalmente mexendo por dentro com o palito que ele voltou a funcionar, at tirei a pelcula protetora de dentro, e no fim, funcinou.

Just disable media volume sync settings from Bluetooth settings and that will fix low volume issue with QCY T2C. Check the video link Given above

SOLVED. You have to reset each one separately and pair them individually. After that, you will have to reset both and pair them together. That's all.

SOLUCIONADO. Para solucionarlo, hay que reiniciar cada auricular de forma independiente y asociarlos de forma independiente al ordenador o al mvil de forma separada. Posteriormente, hay que reiniciar los dos juntos y al emparejarlos el problema est solucionado.

I tried all the above software solutions to no avail. However, cleaning the ear tip and mesh of the earphone solved the problem for me. Hope this helps.
