Troubleshooting tips We have some extra troubleshooting tips for Apple iPod Touch (6th Gen) devices - click to view
Apple products such as iPhones, iPods and iPads are limited in terms of their ability to provide fairly standard Bluetooth functionality such as file sharing between devices, especially when the Apple device is connecting to a non-Apple device such as an Android smartphone. For details of the file sharing issue see: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18884705/transfer-data-between-ios-and-android-via-bluetooth
There are apps though that can be installed between two Smartphones that can assist with file transfers!
My brand new headphones (1 day old) have a slight audio delay. It's not extreme but it's noticeable. I have reset my headphones multiple times but no change.

Hi Alice can you try two things and let us know the results...
1) test the pairing to your iPod in other locations. Ideally very different locations, away from where they are normally used. 2) try pairing them to something else like a smartphone.
Let us know if the delay occurs in both these scenarios.
