My bluetooth only lasted 4 hrs after a full charge as recommended in the instructions when the box states its to last up to 14 hrs. Could this be a malfunction?

Ok... well certainly it could be a bad battery. It may be possible that the manufacturers stated times are in best conditions with a good clear signal, when the devices are connecting in optimal conditions and the volume isn't too loud.
If anyone else reads this they are naturally free to reply and confirm their run times.... anyone!?? Otherwise maybe you can go to your retailer and swap it for a second and hopefully that will be better ?
