Billboard BB1834 : Right Ear bud won't power on or connect

We have some extra troubleshooting tips for Apple iPhone 7 devices - click to view
The right earbud won't power on or connect to the left side. I have tried resetting the headphones and my phone. I've also tried pairing them to each other without being connected to any other devices. When placed in the charging case the right side flashes blue once and goes dark while the left side lights up/charges appropriately. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix this? or am I better off getting a new pair?
