I just bought these headphones. I keep putting them on the charger and in the case to charge but every time I try and use them five minutes later is beeping indicating that its going to die. I feel robbed of my money bc I also bought the over the ear headphones a couple weeks ago and that stop working on me as well.

How long have you charged them for roughly? Do make sure it's long enough. I would request a refund/replacement from your retailer.
