Blackweb BWA18AA013 (RGD A013) : Can't get it to work

When I try powering it on it will just flash blue and red then turn off. It never says "power on" or "power off", it just flashes and that's it. It's happened before but a friend fixed it is no longer available for help.

It sounds like it's ready to pair. That in theory is the meaning of this coloured flashing. You should be able to locate it on your phone. Delete any old pairings that were on the phone.
