Blackweb HPhone A003 : No sound coming through headphones

When I go to play music there is no sound the song is playing but I cant hear it at all literally no sound, please help.

What are you pairing the headphones to? Are you sure that this music source device isn't also paired to other things or that its default output is set to something else ?
