Blackweb Hphone aoo3 head phones quite connection and wont reconnect

This question relates to connecting a Blackweb Hphone aoo3 BUY NOW to a windows 10 PC BUY NOW

I was using the headphones (Blackweb Hphone A003) when they suddenly disconnected, when I tried to reconnect I got a message we didn't receive a response from the device, please try again
the device is continuously blinking red and blue, I imagine its stuck in some kind of perpetual pairing mode.

Have you deleted the pairing from Windows and also rebooted ? That can help sometimes.

thank you, that worked I had completely forgotten about the device profile.
