Blackweb SoundBoom wont connect

This question relates to connecting a Blackweb Sound boom bl2615 BUY NOW to a Samsung Galaxy Smartphone BUY NOW

normally when I turn on soundboom it automatically connects , confirming with a flashing blue light , but now it just shows a steady green light , and will not show up on my Bluetooth scan , and will not connect to the source device ,,t the source device works with other blue tooth items so its not the phone

Do you have an external audio cable connected? That overrides the bluetooth functionality.

nope i even tried plunging the auxillary jack input with a male jack hoping to clean the switch that acuates the aux to bluetooth mode

How odd, it does sound rather confused, I'm not aware of another meaning for the constant red light. Does it actually work if you plug in the cable and attempt to listen? I'd suggest returning for an exchange if you can.

Turn Speaker on Hold in ll for 5 seconds in order to make the speaker connection ready for external Bluetooth devices. The LED indicator (1)(Blue Led) will ash quickly once the speaker is connection ready.
