Blackweb Soundburst : The music is so low you can hardly hear it

It's turning up and down as the lights flash when doing so its changing songs by skipping all the sounds are up its worked fine for 12 month and now it's no volume. I have tried to clean in case something is stuck but it isn't.

Can you clarify, this is the same with any app? And if you pair it to another phone/device it's the same ?
