When I turn my speaker and/or phone volume up (I would say not even a third of the max volume) it stops playing whatever I had on, but doesn't shut down completely..Why would it be doing this? Also is there any warrenties that may have been given to my speaker after I purchased it?

We've not heard of this issue with this particular model before but can you try a few things to help diagnose?

1) Does it do this when paired to another device?
2) Does it happen irrelevant of what app you are sending sound from when using your Galaxy phone ?
