My Bluetooth pairs completely fine but when I am playing anything on my phone, every few seconds or so it skips in and out. It is not my phone connection as the device keeps playing. It is the Bluetooth connection that is cutting in and out. I only just bought this car with this radio installed and I do not know how to fix it. Thank you so much for your help.

If possible if you have access to a tablet or someone else's phone when in the car with you it would be a useful test. The other thing is distance from the device, just in case for some reason there is very bad reception. If you normally have your phone in a bag for example, try taking it out and putting as close to the dashboard as possible for a while. Is it any less problematic ? If so then I'd invest in a phone colder that you can place your phone into when driving that is mounted close to the radio.
