The headphones work great when connected via Bluetooth to my phone. But when connected to my PC, the Bluetooth controls for Pause/Play, Next, and previous do not work. Volume up and down still works just not the others. Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?

What version of windows do you have on the laptop ?

Matt L responded : 8:21pm, 6th January 2019 (4 years ago)
I am running Windows 10 Enterprise, 64bit. Thanks!

One cause could be a windows service not running. Goto Control Panel Administrative Tools and click on Services. Scroll down to Human Interface Device Access and make sure that is running.

If that doesn't help and you are up for something a bit more techy check this out: https://www.reddit.com/r/AutoHotkey/comments/4xdpch/remapping_bluetooth_headset_buttons/

Thanks John, I checked under Human Interface Devices and that was running. However, I found a workaround that I will stick with instead of the techy solution!! Thanks for your help guys!

I primarily use the Spotify app which allows me to have the headphones connected to and playing music through my phone, but I can still use my computer to search and control Spotify.
