Apple iPhone and Honda Jazz : Bluetooth in car not working

Just bought a Honda Jazz., with Bluetooth set up. When I'm using Google maps on my iphone, the sound disappears when I start the engine. Very dangerous having to look at the screen.

So you've tried lots of apps and it's just with the maps app that you have this issue ?
