iPad Pro 10.5 running 16.6. The Bluetooth volume notification shows up in middle of the screen without my touching it. This happened once before when I had third party keyboard installed. I uninstalled it a year ago no problems until now.

Does the device list itself as paired to anything? And does the problem go away if you turn off Bluetooth ?
