Cowin E7 Pro: Bluetooth/Blue Light not turning on

This question relates to connecting a Cowin E7 Pro BUY NOW to a Lenovo yoga 720 BUY NOW

I accidentally turned off my headphones, and while the shut off noise (the little beeps) was still going on, I turned turned the headphones back on. Instead of a start up sound, nothing happened and now the bluetooth/sound isnt working. The White light for noise cancelling is on, but the Blue Light for music is not.

It sounds like youv've reset/deleted the pairing and need to pair them again manually. Have you attempted that through the documented procedure ?

I spent all my money, I am fro India I want the headphones started , it been just over a month

So recently I experienced the same issue with my headphones. NC light would turn on, but Bluetooth wasn't working.
I found out that if you let the battery die, by letting the NC light stay on. (took 2 days for me)
Once done (NC turns off), charge it up. It should work fine.

I apologize for a late followup question, but when you were having this issue, did connecting the headphones to an audio source with a 3.5mm cable not work as well? I am currently having the same issues (and waiting for the headphone battery to die), and the only difference between mine and your situation is that a wired connection also does not work.
