I switch the headphones to BT to connect to my phone but there's no sound coming through or blue light flashing, but when I turn it to NC for the noise canceling the LED is white. Is there a way to fix the switch?

It was interesting, however the headphones won't connect to anything even on the noise cancelling option

I have the exact same problem. My headphones worked perfectly fine last night but when I went to use them this morning no light appeared or sound. The noise cancelling light comes on but nothing else Aux cable doesn't work either. My headphones are always charged so the battery cannot be dead? I really don't want to buy another pair since I've literally only had them for 6 months. I literally brought them in October and I don't have the money to pay 70 again for new ones!
