Bytech BC-AU-BE-119-BK : No device discoverable by any device I try to connect it to

This question relates to connecting a Bytech BC-AU-BE-119-BK BUY NOW to a Motorola Moto g7 BUY NOW

Fully charged. connected to base, not connected to base, turned base on and off. Nothing shows up anywhere. Very upset. Brand new never used till now.

I do not have the box. The number above is the model listed on the unit. I bought it in Feb. And forgot about it till I needed it this week. I believe the title was biconic true wireless sports earbuds.

Hi thanks. There is a "Biconic Freedom True Wireless Bluetooth 5.0 Sports Earbuds" product, that sounds like it.

So what lights do they show when off the charger and you are trying to pair? Do they show the lights the manual suggests they should when pairing ?
