Bytech BY-AU-BS-133-BK won't charge

The speaker won't charge. When I turn the button to the on position it beeps connecting to my phone but the light is blue and it then beeps 3 times letting me know it needs to be charged. I've tried different chargers but it won't charge up..HELP!!!

Have you been able to try different cables as well ?
