Callers can't hear me very well?

Callers can't hear me very well? Not helped by turning manual volumes up on my remote or callers phone or my phone
Newly installed parrot. Music Bluetooth working, and I can hear caller ok

If this is constant, where have you positioned the microphones ?

They are by the mirror where they were in my previous vehicle. This parrot has been newly installed in a new car & since the start I am having to shout at the microphones in order for the callers to hear me! I didn't know if there is something in settings or similar to adjust it in the 1st instance or go back to the guy who fitted it for me. Equally I wondered if it was a fault with my iPhone 7, as the sound on that has recently developed an intermittent fault, but I didn't think that should make a difference. It's blue toothed to the parrot-no probs with playing music however

The 9200 parrot had an issue similar to this that was fixed with a firmware update, it may be worth clarifying this. I would try to clarify it isn't your phone buy pairing someone elses phone to the parrot temporarily.
