If this is constant, where have you positioned the microphones ?

They are by the mirror where they were in my previous vehicle. This parrot has been newly installed in a new car & since the start I am having to shout at the microphones in order for the callers to hear me! I didn't know if there is something in settings or similar to adjust it in the 1st instance or go back to the guy who fitted it for me. Equally I wondered if it was a fault with my iPhone 7, as the sound on that has recently developed an intermittent fault, but I didn't think that should make a difference. It's blue toothed to the parrot-no probs with playing music however Thanks Veejay

The 9200 parrot had an issue similar to this that was fixed with a firmware update, it may be worth clarifying this. I would try to clarify it isn't your phone buy pairing someone elses phone to the parrot temporarily.
