Can anyone help me turn on my wireless ear buds/ head phones?

I took my SOUNDMATE wireless headphones out of package, put them on the charger ~30 min. , pulled them out to turn on and they will not come on. I tried putting back on charger for a while still will not do anything past charge. I have blue lights in the two holes and one side of headphones glow red.
