If you are unsure if your SoundMates are charging or what the light colors mean there is clarification of that here.
I paired the head phones and can hear music out of both ear buds but when I go to make a phone call, I only get sound out of one. Why is that?

To be sure, this is with any app, all only play out of one side ? If so this sounds like a pairing issue, in that the two buds were not paired properly before being paired to the phone. Click the link at the top of this page for sound mates to see other posts in the forum discussing this if you need more info.

This is not a pairing issue, the ear buds are designed to only ever take a phone call in one bud (the primary) at a time. I'm not sure why they designed it this way, but it's the intended functionality, not a bug.
