Tzumi SoundMates can't connect at all

When I first use them they worked fine for a while but they recently became unpaired from each other and I dont know why. So I followed the usual protocol and it seemed to have worked other than that the wont connect to my phone. I tried connecting through the Bluetooth settings and it wouldnt connect. So I tried forgetting the device and now it wont even show up in the other devices thing, like it cant even detect them. I tried connecting on another phone and again, it wont show up in the Bluetooth menu. I tried turning the earbuds on and off, soft resetting my phone, turning Bluetooth on and off, and even trying to pair them to each other again, but they dont make the little noise you hear when they connect to each other. Ive also tried setting the main earbud but that wont work either.
