Cowin E7 : Cannot get headphones to pair on PC

This question relates to connecting a Cowin E7 BUY NOW to a Cirago Bluetooth Adapter on Windows 7 PC BUY NOW

I am selecting add a device in Devices and Printers. I see other devices (printer etc) so I know my bluetooth adapter is working correctly. It just does not see the headphones. I am able to pair with an android phone. I have turned off bluetooth on my phone so it is not interfering. Can you help with this or recommend a bluetooth adapter that will work with these headphones on a windows 7 PC?

Are you sure the E7 isn't attempting to make connections to other devices it was previously paired to ? We had another reader with this issue, they deleted the pairings from old devices then it worked.

I am having the exact issue. I have 'forgotten' Cowin on all my other devices and even turned the other device's Bluetooth off. My Asus still does not connect to Cowin headphones in the settings under Add a New Device.
