Can't connect soundpeats headphones to samsung galaxy s7 edge

My samsumg galaxy s7 doesn't see my soundpeats headphone in bluetooth to connect to.

Hi thanks for the question. Just to clarify, are you sure you are initiating the pairing on them correctly? Have you been able to make them pair on other devices ?

I am having the same issue. I have paired with other devices before. I also haven't had issues with Bluetooth connectivity on other devices. However Bluetooth is not registering my soundpeats.
