Can't connect to Bluetooth

This question relates to connecting a dreamGREAR iSound BT-2500 BUY NOW to an iPhone BUY NOW

I try to connect my iPhone to BT 2500 headphone. My Bluetooth is on, I can see the BT 2500, but when I click pairing it says pairing unsuccessful. Make sure BT 2500 is turned on, is in range and is ready to pair
Is there a problem between iPhone and BT 2500 compatibility?

Hi Jim. Whilst trying to pair what are the lights on the BT2500 doing ?

I am having the same problem. Identical to Jim's description.
Red-Blue blinking light on BT-2500.
Help will be appreciated.
