I've always been able to connect to it before. It show that it is paired but when I click the SCAN button, it starts scanning and then I get unable to connect to LG HBS-900. I haven't used it in awhile but it is on and the light is blue.

Have you forced a re-sync from the headphones? With the power off, press the CALL button and slide the power switch to the ON position at the same time and hold it there for around 2 or 3 seconds.

Yes, I did that a couple of times because I saw that answer on the forum where someone else had to same problem. After I did that, it is now not pairing, in other words, my cell is now not recognizing the bluetooth at all.

So when you initiate the headset to pair does the light pattern change, does it at least appear to be ready to pair? And to clarify, do you have any copy of the headset listed in the phone? If you do delete them all.

Also to clarify, have you charged the headset adequately since you tried to start using it again recently?

I did charge it longer and it worked, I felt if the light was blue then it had been charged enough.

Thanks all...

My hbs910 will not pair with my phone. Haven't had a problem till now. Tried to force pair and deleted all other Bluetooth devices off my phone. Light stays blue and phone says it cannot communicate. It's fully charged also.

I got mine to work! I tried all the above solutions and they didn't work. This did. I turned the device off then on. While device is on, hold down call button and both volume up and down. Hold until call light glows steady blue. It's reset. I had to scan for the device twice before it picked it up. Good luck!
