I can't turn my Travelocity wireless earbuds on

This question relates to connecting a Travelocity Platinum Bluethooth True wireless stereo earbuds BUY NOW to a ZTE MAX BUY NOW

How do I turn it on

The ear buds have a red light on like they are charging but will not turn on. What can I do is there a way to reset them?

Pressing and holding the pair/multifunction button for a few seconds doesn't help ?

Charge them first. Also they don't seem to work simultaneously. Return them. They are crap
