I've had my sound mates about 3 weeks. They charged and worked just fine until a few days ago. When I plugged the case in to charge, the charging lights didnt come on. Nor did any lights come on when I put the headphones in to charge. Zero lights. I wiggled the cords, changed to other cords and still nothing. Now my headphones are at low battery stage and keep turning off. They still wont charge, nor will the case. Is this a defective case? Can it be replaced. These are new.

We've had other users that had success getting one of the earbuds when dead working again by placing them both in the charger and taking them in and out whilst its on and then turning the charger off/on whilst they were in it. Occasionally playing around with the charging case like this has brought them back to life.

I cant get the charging case to charge either. It doesnt light up when I plug it in.

Ok so if the charging case itself shows no signs of life at any point then I would assume there is a fault with this so yes please exchange.

I had the same problem. I folded up a small piece of paper and placed between the ear bud and the cap pushing it tighter into the case and now the green and red lights are staying on.

I am having the same problem. I just discovered if I just take the left ear bud out it works. If I take both out the right works and the left says low battery and shuts down.
