Charging port suddenly stopped working?

This question relates to connecting an Onn 100005529 BUY NOW to a Google Pixel 2 BUY NOW

The case to charge the earbuds themselves has stopped working, I purchased them 4 days ago and I have done nothing out of the ordinary to them. The earbuds themselves work perfectly, but the case doesn't charge, doesn't light up, anything of the sort. I have tried different cables and different charging cubes that I have all tested and all still work on other devices. I don't know what to do anymore, can I get some help?

Definitely return them to your retailer for exchange.
