My earbud case will charge, but the ear buds won't charge. When I would check to see if they charged, they would say power off.

Can you confirm the colours of lights on the case / buds when using them in / outside the charger ?

When case is charging always red. Left them charging for about 8hrs and still a solid red. When I unplug them the light turns blue. When I turn the earbuds on they start blinking red as if to charge them. When I insert the earbuds no light appears.

To clarify, when charging its solid red or flashing ? If solid it would appear that the case thinks they are ready. Have you had them working before or they've done this since new ?

The light is blinking red. They worked and charged perfectly fine before.
