Charging problems with my Sylvania 328 Bluetooth speaker. I have purchased a new charging cable,

This question relates to connecting a Sylvania SP328 - Hi-Fi Bluetooth speaker BUY NOW to Any device BUY NOW

I have tried different USB AC adapter charging blocks. The red charging light does not come on. If I use an AC adapter from my USB modem the red charging light will come on but it does not charge. However, the red charging light stays red and never goes off after 24 hours of straight charging.

How old is the device Michael?

A couple of months old, but I only used it a couple of times. I think the battery is done. That really sucks after only using it a couple of times. The new charging cord that I bought and trying different AC adapter blocks will not even turn the charging light red.
