We don't have access to a manual for this device yet I'm afraid but if anyone else reading this can share please do!

You have to hold down the program button ( there will be a engravement that states prog/mem) . Hold it down and once it starts flashing you can edit and set the hour and minute by using the forward and backword buttons.

I tried to set clock but the way I'm supposed to do it,doesn't work.

I did what Korron suggested but it didn't work. I held the prog/mem button(which time started flashing asa it got to it)I held button down while pushing the directional buttons..no change..kept blinking.
