Connecting Two Dumb Bluetooth Devices

This question relates to connecting a VEC CM-2000BT Boundary Mic BUY NOW to an American Audio media Operator BT BUY NOW

Neither of the above devices have a screen to view and select a Bluetooth network identifier eg like a phone or tablet. Is there a way to connect such devices? For example can you use an intermediatory device such as an app on a tablet/phone to connect them. Alternatively are there Bluetooth audio receivers which would blur into the amp which have a screen or way of connecting to a dumb device such as the CM-2000BT Bluetooth boundary mic

It should be possible in theory to pair them together. If they both have the correct buttons set to go into pairing mode they should find each other. What happens if you attempt this ?
