Connection issue with laptop

Information Request for Skullcandy Uproar Wireless
If anyone is aware of a button configuration to reset this model please let us know!   Please get in touch if you can assist!
I have been using the uproar wireless headset with my laptop for over two years. Now when I go to connect by clicking the icon it goes straight to uproar preferences. I can still pair using my desktop.

What version of windows are you using ? Was there any software update recently ?

My laptop is running Win 7, there seems to be updates coming in all the time.

Have you tried deleting the connection from the windows 7 laptop and starting all over pairing again ? If so and it still doesn't work, what lights are on the Uproar? Does it suggest its paired ?
