E7 will not pair with iPhone. Turned off Bluetooth and turned off headphones then turned back on. Selected forget last device (Fitbit Versa). Charged Cowin E7. Performed hard reset on iPhone.

What lights does the E7 show? Is it showing the expected light patterns when you turn on and then try to pair ?

I found a solution to my probably by switching to a different charger brick. I'm not sure why that worked because the original charger brick still works but Ill take what I can get. Thank you for reaching out to try to help me!
