When I turn on my headphones there is no beep like there usually is and i can't find it in my devices pairing menu i even tried the NFC function, but when i turn to the noise canceling it works fine. I do not currently have an aux cord to try.

Can you clarify, when you turn on or off the noise cancellation it works ?

The 3 position switch works to turn noise cancelling but not Bluetooth.

I turned it to noise cancelling and left it on to discharge. Then I charged it fully and tried it again but got the the same result so i just used them as noise cancelers till they died and charges them again and now they work.

You need to hold down the light on the right side of the headphones where the + and - buttons are for the volume up and down. This will put the headphones into pair mode.

I just got these two weeks ago and I'm having this problem. are you kidding me? I have to turn them on NC and wait 5 days for the battery to die? 5 days? I could learn how build my own headphones in 5 days.

I found that devices like iPhones and iPads that have Bluetooth on will interfere with headphones hooking up to your TV on Bluetooth. When I turned them off headphones connected right away to TV

I was having this same issue, after reading one of the comments about Apple devices I discovered the headphones had paired to my unused iPhone (which I definitely never set them up to) which is why they wouldn't pair to anything else. I unpaired from the iPhone and everything else started working again.
