Hi I have a cowin E7 ANC Headset. I can connect to my laptop via bluetooth and I can hear everything in the headset, however the mic will not work . My playback devices are set to default for the e7. Im using a Windows 7 HP Elitebook. Thanks Debs

So people on the other end can't hear you as the mic wont work? If so make sure you have set the mic on the device as the active recording device under the Control Panel / Sound / Recording Devices settings.

When you are in the Recording Devices screen you should see a volume bars rising and lowering on the right hand side of the window as sound is picked up from the mic. Do these bars animate as you talk ?
