Hi, I have been trying unsuccessfully to paiir my E7 headphones with my iPhone 6. I tried the factory reset (holding + and - for 5 seconds) to unpair the headphones with anything else they may have been paired with (TV, tablet). My iPhone sees E7 on the list of Bluetooth devices, but I always get a "Pairing Unsuccessful" message.
Given that I couldn't connect the headphones via Bluetooth, I tried using the aux cable to connect the headphones to my iPhone - and those didn't work either. I tried then plugging the aux cable into my laptop - still nothing.
Can anybody help? I'm frustrated that it appears I can't use my headphones AT ALL. Any tips would be appreciated! Thanks.
