Cowin e7 pro headphones won't charge

This question relates to connecting a Cowin E7 Pro headphones BUY NOW to Any device BUY NOW

Cowin e7 pro headphones won't charge, red light blinks rapidly when plugged in. I've tried different USB sources and cables but nothing has worked.
