I've been having trouble with my crusher wireless headphones and it seems to be a weird problem, unlike any I've ever heard of before. There were multiple steps to the problem so I'll explained what happened in order. First, the headphone shut off by them selves when they clearly had enough battery to last. Second, they wouldn't turn back on and when I plugged them in they showed a red light which I thought was kind of normal so I let them charge for a while. When I took them off the charger the light was still a solid red for some reason and they would not turn on or show any response of life. Next, I plugged them in earlier that day and the light turned a solid green but it was the same exact issue as when they were red, they wouldn't show any response of anything. I let them sit around and gave up so I started just using my hesh 3 headphones but I really wanted my crushers fixed so I reset them by holding down the power and + volume button and the light that was a solid green turned off. Now, when I plug them in they do not show any light nor will they turn on. Although, I can use them fine with the aux cord connected to my phone and I can use the built in microphone feature. It just doesn't make any sense to me as to what's going on with them or what could have caused this problem. They will not turn on now, show any light, but I can use them with the cord they came with. I'm hoping I can keep them and I won't have to return them because they are my favorite pair of headphones. They are also almost brand new and only have been sued about 5 times before this happened. If ANYBODY has a suggestion I would glady appreciate your time and effort to help. Thank you, ~Ryan

1. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. This will clear all the list of devices from your crusher wireless.
2. Then, press and hold the volume up and volume down together for 3 seconds, you will hear beep if your device is locked out. This step is to unlock if its Locked up already.
Now try to connect with any device. Any of the above may solve your problem

I had pretty much the same problem. When I first connected this to my iPhone, everything was fine. But I was not able to connect to other devices like android phone, iPad etc.
I did forget device from my iPhone and tried to connect to iPad, but the wireless was locked out. Unlocked it (volume up + down 3 secs), then cleared devices on crusher wireless ( hold power button for 10 secs) to bring the crusher wireless to normal life..

I recently just got my crushers (about a month ago), and I've tried to reset them as mentioned in this thread. My phone is connecting just fine to other devices, but my phone won't connect to the headphones, Even after resetting the headphones 3 different times. Is there anything else I can do?
