The earbuds connect fine and work well most of the time. At times they cut in and out when I am doing daily walks through my neighborhood. Is it interference of some kind?

I am walking through my neighborhood whenever this happens and it doesn't happen all the time. I live near a naval air station

Ok so yes this would seem to be very much location related. Other devices may not be as susceptible to it, it would likely depend slightly on the devices in question and transmit/reception strength but I would imagine it very likely that most devices would show some kind of performance issue if close enough to such a quantity of radio interference.

Both earbuds light up when they're charging but when I take the earbuds out of the charger and hold both of the multi function buttons only the right earbud powers on flashes blue and red lights. The left does nothing. No lights no sounds or beeps just dead. How can I fix this problem so that the left earbud pairs with the right earbud? Tzumi sound mates
