Blackweb Wireless Sport Earbuds : Disconnecting randomly

When I am listening to music it will randomly disconnect, I have no apps running in the background and I have no other devices connected and I am also within proximity of my phone, they are also charged

Is this specific to any location or a certain place such as your home ? How quickly does it connect, could it be any time, after a few minutes or maybe hours or is it always around the same amount of time after connecting ?
