Do the headphones need to have batteries replaced?

This question relates to connecting a My headphones have started disconnecting from my TV and they have to be re synced. Do they have batteries that I can replace? BUY NOW to a Samsung Smart TV 6300 series BUY NOW

Last night the headphones were working. This morning when I went to use them they were not paired to the TV. I paired them again and after several minutes they worked again for maybe 2 minutes. I repaired them and they started working again. I don't know how long it will last.
This is not the first time I have had to re-sync the headphones.
