Headset drops connection both during and answering calls. Phone rings, swipe phone or say answer to answer, headset beeps the same as when it is operating properly then disconnects from phone. Have to touch the audio options on the phone to reconnect. Only does it intermittently, worse when headset is less than 50% charged but does do it at any charge level. Have used this headset on iphone, samsung and HTC. Does the same will all the phones.
When talking on the phone the connection between headset and phone will drop for no reason, sometimes reconnecting again before I can pus h the Bluetooth button on the phone and others just stays dropped. This device is only a year old and is getting worse. Have had Plantronics headsets in the past and loved them. This headset is a disappointment

Thanks for the detailed description! If from what you are saying its getting slowly worse then this sounds power related to me. Is it maybe the case that once it starts dropping it fairly soon afterwards needs charging ?
